Takeout Slab for 2
The slab was incredibly well smoked and yum. We got it half wet and half dry. The four sides compliment it perfectly.

Half Slab Baby Back Ribs
The last 2 months I've visited many of the BBQ Rib capitals of the US. Nashville, St Louis, KC, Texas and a host of others but as I came through Memphis I planned to hit several well known spots famous for their ribs. But I stumbled across Memphis Barbecue in Southaven MS and I'm so glad I did. I don't say this lightly but their ribs were the best of them all. Perfectly smoked, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Good enough that I went back for a second night in a row. Started by 10 time world champion PitMaster Melissa Cookston they have a complete menu of bbq and southern fare that will please any taste bud. And her signature sauces are outstanding. I took several bottles with me. My next trip to Memphis will definitely include another stop at Memphis Barbecue. And also the fried catfish, baked beans and hush puppies were equally as delicious.

Half Slab Baby Back Ribs
My husband and I were traveling and stopped at Memphis BBQ for lunch. It did not disappoint! I had ribs, turnip greens and fried okra - it was all DELICIOUS! The homemade pork rinds were to die for. Also, our server was the sweetest thing, on top of the great food. We will return on our next trip through Memphis!
